The multi-disciplinary approach provides research-based techniques which are used through all aspects of medical and wellness treatments of fibromyalgia. The key to this innovative program is the customized, client-focused treatment.
To provide an environment for healing and growth, clients at Birk Grove Life Center are exclusively women. Clients must be referred to Birk Grove by a physician with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. If a client suspects they may have fibromyalgia, but do not have a formal diagnosis, please see our FAQ for more information.
Once at Birk Grove, clients will receive a physical evaluation by our Nurse Practitioner. Our Nurse Practitioner will make recommendations for client entrance into the program, as well as provide recommendations for which Birk Grove program, or A la Carte services, best fit the client’s needs as each woman may be at various stages of pain and distress caused by fibromyalgia.
Clients begin their personalized program with a physician-supervised curriculum and receive support following the induction program through our maintenance phase.
